1. The app

The Syöte app is provided by Cavalier Venues Oy (business ID 3649639-4, VAT FI36496394, Lönnrotinkatu 40, 00180 Helsinki, Finland). The app is free and is used without an account. By using the app you accept these terms.

2. Information

Slope and lift status, conditions, weather, events, ski trails and camera images come from third parties: Iso-Syöte ski resort, the Syöte tourism association, the Finnish Meteorological Institute, Fintraffic, the National Land Survey of Finland and LIPAS. We show the source and time of each item, but we cannot guarantee that the information is always up to date or free of errors. Check essential matters on site.

3. Safety

In an emergency, call 112. The app does not replace the slope patrol, the resort's signs or your own judgement. Do not use your phone while skiing.

4. YouTube

The slope camera stream is on YouTube, and its live status comes from YouTube API Services. By using the app you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

5. Purchases

Lift passes and other services are bought in the provider's web shop under the provider's terms. Cavalier Venues Oy is not a party to the purchase.

6. Liability and governing law

The app is provided as is, and we are liable for damages only to the extent required by mandatory law. These terms do not limit your rights under consumer protection law. These terms are governed by Finnish law.
